According to international property consultant CBRE, adding an F&B component within the store has given their shoppers a complete experience in which they can shop, relax and socialize. The company cited another example in Cafe Dior by Pierre Hermé on the top floor of Christian Dior’s flagship store in Seoul, which has helped the brand move from being only fashion-oriented to more lifestyle-driven.
“This is the luxury brand’s first fine dining restaurant in the world,” Maureen Fung Sau-yim, director of Sun Hung Kai Development (China), a unit of Sun Hung Kai Properties.
