Michael Kors Celebrates Pride Month With the #MKGO Rainbow Capsule Collection

Michael Kors celebrates the 50th anniversary of Stonewall uprising as well as LGBT Pride Month with a new campaign in collaboration with Harlequin Design. The scheme was rolled out to 60 stores across the UK and Europe.

In honor of Pride month, Michael Kors has released the brand’s first-ever capsule collection in support of the LGBTQ community. The fun and flirty collection features classic silhouettes, casual-cool separates and plenty of the brand’s signature logo accessories.

The #MKGO Rainbow capsule collection makes an inclusive statement with plenty of rainbow stripes and multi-coloured sequins splashed across women’s summer staples like hoodies, swimsuits, and T-shirt dresses. There’s even a pair of body hugging white jeans complete with subtly sewn rainbow sequins.

Accessories will include sporty slides with a rainbow graphic take on the traditional MK logo, a crystal-clear PVC tote bag with the MK logo in colourful block lettering, a slim-cut track jacket with rainbow trim, and a luxurious canvas backpack that is covered in a beautiful graphic take on the MK logo.

Of course, the centerpiece of the #MKGO Rainbow Capsule Collection are the Pride T-shirts with their rainbow-hued MK logo.

All proceeds from the sale of rainbow-hued MK logo tees go to God’s Love We Deliver, a nonprofit that delivers healthy meals to those living with severe illnesses in New York City.
