La Pastisseria Barcelona
La Pastisseria is completely renovated by diedricdesign
In the centre of Barcelona is where we find La Pastisseria, owned by Josep Maria Rodríguez Guerola, Master Artisan and World Pastry Champion.
“We changed our image, but not our recipe.”
A well thought-out phrase that accompanies the entire rebranding process that La Pastisseria underwent this summer, the project they have been working on for 12 years and which now looks especially beautiful on Aragó Street.
“We are passionate about this profession and we thought it was time to take a step forward, to modernize the brand and to be able to offer an even higher level of experience,” says Josep María, who holds the title of World Pastry Champion 2011.
This space has been designed to showcase the product in the best possible way, respecting the hard work behind each of its elaborate creations. A clean and minimalist yet homey environment where display cases and ambiance merge to complement each product on display. All of this is enhanced by carefully considered lighting to reinforce this concept and improve visibility from the outside.
They have changed their logo, their packaging, they are in the process of transforming their website, and their social networks already breathe another language.
But it is the store that undoubtedly stands out as the standard-bearer of this transformation, with a clear commitment to the neatness of white and very much in line with these bakeries that look like minimalist jewellery stores, where the product almost acquires the value of a small treasure, displayed without the need for further artifice.
The change attracts attention and there are quite a few passers-by, locals and tourists, who stop at the entrance of this pastry shop, now brighter, more striking, and with a window facing the street so that the product, its magnificent artisan pieces of pastry and cakes, are seen more, are more prominent and invite people to come in.
