The windows of the iconic department store have been transformed into stunning tableaux of various scenes from the live action Cinderella movie.

Harrods’ windows tell a cinderella story all this month

Passers-by on Brompton road will be treated to visuals of six different scenes from the iconic tale including Cinderella meeting her fairy godmother, the step-sisters and step mother dressing up for the ball and in another scene attempting to try on the glass slipper. The window featuring Cinderella and her prince getting married might even bring a tear to your eye.

The windows will include the glass slipper created by Swarovski as well as the beautiful original costumes designed by Academy Award winner Sandy Powell for the movie. The window dressing will only be on display for a month so take a stroll by Harrods as soon as possible.

The Cinderella movie stars Lilly James, Cate Blanchett, Helena Bonham Carter and Downton Abbey’s Sophie McShera among others and will hit theaters in the US on March 13th.
