Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer Star In Balmain Spring 2016 Ad

Cindy Crawford, Naomi Campbell and Claudia Schiffer come together to add oomph to Balmain’s Spring 2016 ad campaign. The supermodels of the 90s are still in their best shape.

Shot by Steven Klein for the first time, the campaign, under the guidance of Creative Director Pascal Dangin, features black and white images of the three divas clad in Balmain’s latest designs.

Crawford who is almost 50 and Campbell as well as Schiffer, both 45, were styled by Shay Ashual and Yadim for their hairdo and makeup for the ad.

Olivier Rousteing, the creative director of Balmain, expressed his excitement and experience of working with such glamorous models of yesteryears, “While we shot these images, I had to smile as I imagined how my adolescent self would have reacted with utter disbelief if someone could have traveled back in time to tell me that one day I would be in a New York studio, watching Steven Klein shoot Cindy, Claudia and Naomi for my Spring 2016 campaign—for those four singular talents have inspired me from day one.”

Olivier also stated that the presence of these powerful women topped with Balmain’s Spring 2016 designs was enough to get exceptional results for the campaign. He also added that working with them was a dream come true.
