Jacquemus x Nike at the Wonder Room
Nike and Jacquemus : an unmissable expression of sport and style
Nike and Jacquemus have unveiled their latest collaboration with a vibrant and immersive pop-up at Selfridges, blending sport and style in surreal and playful ways.
Riding on the period of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the brand is currently investing in the Wonder Room pop-up space where it offers an immersive universe representing a gym locker room.
Silver, white, red… Surrounded by metal panels and lockers, the center-piece is a larger-than-life Le Swoosh bag, reimagined as an immersive sculpture containing whimsical items like oversized headphones and Jacquemus-branded breath mints, reflecting the essentials of a ‘Jacquemus woman’s’ bag.
Elsewhere, the space showcases colossal sculptures of weights, padlocks, and smoothie shakers, alongside highlights from the apparel and footwear collection.
Both the Wonder Room and window displays are finished in reflective silver, nodding to an exclusive colour-way of the new Nike and Jacquemus Air Max 1, which too is available at Selfridges.
The space also features the new campaign short film, ’J’aime Paris,’ marking Simon Porte Jacquemus’ directorial debut. The film stars a cross-generational cast of global athletes, French icons, and vibrant contemporary culture muses, including Serena Williams, Juliette Binoche, Central Cee, and Lila Moss.
Additionally, guests can enjoy juices from a bespoke Nike x Jacquemus juice bar, offering a choice of three flavours.
