Longines Roland Garros

Limited editions specially created for the occasion

Saturday, June 2, 2018, the watch partner of Roland-Garros honored athletes Stefanie Graf and Andre Agassi by organizing a prestigious charity gala in honor of their respective foundations.

It is within the Rodin Museum in Paris that the watch brand has organized an exceptional gala to celebrate its ten years of partnership with the two tennis champions.

For the occasion, Longines opened the auction of a watch designed especially for the event, the “Conquest V.H.P. Stefanie Graf & Andre Agassi Foundations ». Limited to only 10 copies for men and women, these exceptional models are on sale for the benefit of the children’s charities Children for Tomorrow and Andre Agassi Foundation for Education, founded by the players.

A design inspired by Roland-Garros

For its men’s version, the exceptional Longines watch has a sober style, dressed in a black dial, while the ladies’ model has a white mother-of-pearl dial adorned with a bezel set with 70 diamonds.

Some touches of ocher remind the color of the legendary Roland-Garros clay on the hands, the indexes and the bracelet of the watch. Always in tribute to Roland-Garros, a case in the colors of the emblematic tournament protects these two very special watches numbered from 1 to 10.

In addition, for the male model, the bottom of the box is marked with the logo of the Andre Agassi Foundation for Education while it is engraved with the logo of the association Children for Tomorrow for the female declination.

The watches numbered 1 were acquired by Longines at the gala for $ 100,000, while the other nine coins are auctioned until July 2.

The lucky buyers will receive their watches directly from Stefanie Graf or Andre Agassi during a visit to the foundations.
